Repairs

1. Free Repairs

Our shop offers free warranty repairs for up to two weeks after your order is marked as delivered by USPS. Just send us back your jewelry, and we will repair and ship it back to you free of charge. 

Please allow 7-14 business days after we receive your item to complete your repair.

Email info@lilaclily.com with your order number and name to start this process. 

If you've purchased jewelry as a gift, be sure to check for any defects upon arrival if you expect it will be opened after the warranty period has ended. 

*Repair services are only available for gemstone related issues, we do not offer re-plating services at this time.

2. Repair Tickets

Items that are damaged after the two week warranty period can still be repaired for a fee. In this case, you will need to purchase a repair ticket here.

*Please email info@lilaclily.com with your order number and name before you purchase the repair ticket to begin the process.

The fees associated with this ticket cover labor and shipping to you. Additional charges may apply if new stones need to be ordered, or if you are an international customer. 

After a style has been discontinued, we cannot guarantee a repair if you have lost the stone that fell out. When an item is discontinued, we no longer carry the stones for that specific design, so a replacement stone may not be available.
